Pennovation Israel is a community for University of Pennsylvania students and faculty, who are interested in Israeli technology, entrepreneurship and innovation.

 

I started the initiative because I felt there should be natural match between the growing interest in entrepreneurship among Penn students and the Israeli "StartUp Nation" culture. However, no organization or initiative existed to connect these potential partners and foster day-to-day collaboration that would ideally lead to long-term and fruitful relationships. 

 

My goal is to encourage dissemination of knowledge about Israeli technology, entrepreneurship and innovation, and promote collaboration between students, faculty and Israeli entities. I seek to build a community that spanned the University's disciplines, engaging engineers, designers, business students and others to bring diverse talents and interests together to generate innovations that will drive the future.
